What is Boston Buddy?
Boston Buddy is a personalized concierge service for international and out-of-state students
arriving in Boston. We help students and their families navigate the transition, from airport
pickup and housing setup to ongoing support during the school year.


Who can use this service?
Our services are designed for students attending prep schools, colleges, and graduate
programs in the Boston area — especially those coming from abroad or out of state.
Families who want extra peace of mind also love what we offer.


Can I choose only one or two services instead of a full package?
Absolutely. We understand every student’s situation is different. You can select just the
services you need, and we’ll send you a personalized quote accordingly.


What happens after I book a service?
Once you book a service, we’ll get in touch to confirm the details and send an invoice. After
payment is complete, we’ll guide you through the next steps and stay in touch as your
student arrives and settles in.


What if my student already lives in Boston, can we still use your help?
Of course! Whether your student is new to Boston or has already been living here, we offer
helpful services like academic support coordination, apartment check-ins, emergency help,
and much more.


Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, we specialize in them. If you don’t see a package that fits your needs, let us know and
we’ll create a tailored plan for you.


Do you speak other languages?
Yes. Our team includes multilingual staff and interpreters.


Are you available in emergencies?
Yes, we do our best to support families and students in unexpected situations. We provide
emergency contact options once you're enrolled with our services.


How do we pay for the services?

We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit card), Zelle (business account), and direct bank transfer. You’ll receive an official invoice and receipt for every payment.
